It explains how Ashutosh Yadav, sole proprietor trading as “terminalash”, having its place of business at Kolkata, West Bengal, India (“terminalash”, “we”), as Data Fiduciary, collects and processes the personal data of visitors to terminalash.in and persons who contact us. We share personal data only with service providers (Data Processors) who help us operate — such as hosting, email, and automation providers — under appropriate contractual safeguards, and where disclosure is required by law or a competent authority. We do not sell your personal data.

We operate from India and may use service providers located in other countries, so your personal data may be transferred outside India. Any such transfer is carried out in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and subject to appropriate safeguards.

We retain enquiry data only for as long as necessary to respond to you and for our legitimate business and record-keeping purposes — ordinarily no longer than 24 months from your last contact with us — after which it is deleted or anonymised.
08Security practices
We maintain reasonable security practices and procedures as required under Section 43A of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Rule 8 of the SPDI Rules, 2011, appropriate to the nature of the data. No method of transmission or storage, however, is completely secure.
09Your rights as a Data Principal
Subject to Applicable Law, you have the right to access and obtain a summary of your personal data, to seek correction, completion, updating, or erasure, to nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity, and to grievance redressal.
